TUNA FISH CUTLETS.
Ingredients.
-Tuna fish (canned)
-green chillies.
-zeera powder (cumin powder).
-black pepper powder.
-boiled & smashed potatoes (use as many for thickness).
-bread crumbs.
-coriander leaves (Kothmir).
-salt.
-egg ( for coating)
-Oil TO fry.
METHOD :-
- In a bowl , empty tuna fish separating the oil in the can.
- Add smashed potatoes, cumin powder, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, black pepper powder, bread crumbs & mix all well.
-( see that the mixture is thick enough for frying).
- make cutlet shape.
-freeze in refrigerator for 1 hour minimum.
- remove and coat them in the egg then roll on the bread crumbs & shallow fry till golden.
SERVE HOT.
